Sandy Mather

Sandy Mather Leadership Coach and Consultant​

Sandy began her career as a radiographer, which led to her reading for a PhD in Child Health. Making the decision to move away from a clinical setting, Sandy spent over 20 years in Executive Management and Leadership. She has designed and led strategy and change programmes for non-profit organisations and membership bodies. She was the Chief Executive of the Intensive Care Society between 2017 and 2024 where she was co-founder of the Society’s Senior Leadership Programme (LeaP). During COVID19 she received a Memcom award for Outstanding Leadership in a Time of Crisis.  Sandy has now retired and spends much of her time travelling with her husband as well as going to the cinema, theatre and visiting art galleries in London. She also lectures on Leadership and works as an Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant specializing in coaching senior leaders and aspiring Chief Executives and Directors.
