Nicky is Chief Executive of the Association of Anaesthetists. With a wealth of experience in the not-for-profit, public and membership sectors, her career has focused on strategic organisational development, service improvement, and transformational change. She has previously held senior positions at the British Society for Rheumatology, Royal British Legion, and Local Government Association; she is also Chair of Governors and Safeguarding Lead at Bacon’s College, Rotherhithe, and a supervising volunteer at The Listening Place, a suicideprevention charity. Based in south London, in her spare time Nicky can mostly be found pooling around in the wonderful world of Bermondsey.
