Gary Waltham

CEO, Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare 

 Gary joined the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) as Chief Executive in November 2021, having previously worked as an Executive Director for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists for six years. During his time at the FSRH, he has overseen activities that include; a comprehensive governance review and resulting changes; a digital transformation of the organisation; implemented a new three year strategy that focusses on how the FSRH can best enable its members to deliver high quality patient care; commenced FSRH education internationally for the first time; and gained a mandate from the membership to transition the organisation to the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare. During his tenure so far, the FSRH has won three Memcom Excellence Awards, for Best Lobbying Campaign, Team of the Year and Best Use of Digital and AI. Gary has a BSc in Sociology and an MSc in Human Resources
