Head of Marketing, The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (IOM3)

Fabiola is a marketing and digital leader with over 15 years’ experience working across agencies, in-house teams and membership organisations. She’s currently Head of Marketing at the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (IOM3), where she helped establish marketing as a new function and leads marketing and communications across a global professional community.

Her background includes roles at the Royal Society of Medicine, alongside agency experience delivering campaigns for brands such as Microsoft, Adobe and the BBC. She’s driven by a genuine curiosity about digital’s fast pace and how it can bring people together.

She’s excited to be a Memcom judge and looks forward to celebrating how membership organisations use digital and marketing in thoughtful and innovative ways to engage their communities.
