Our client, a respected non-profit membership organisation, is looking for a proactive and confident individual to play a key role in shaping the future of workforce skills and inclusion in the resource and sustainability sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in research, policy, or education, who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading conversations on green skills, future skills, and inclusion, working closely with government, industry leaders, and educators.
- Researching and identifying skills gaps and opportunities to develop new education products.
- Engaging with and reinvigorating key working groups.
- Supporting the delivery of workforce and inclusion strategies, ensuring meaningful action and change.
- Mostly work from home, with regular attendance at industry forums and events.
- Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience), 2-year fixed term
