Our client, a respected non-profit professional body, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead innovative campaigns that drive brand growth, enhance member engagement, and expand audience reach. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape strategies that directly impact the organisation's success.


About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Creative, Content & Marketing, you will craft and execute cross-channel marketing strategies to grow membership, boost engagement, and increase revenue. You will oversee marketing activities to ensure alignment with organisational priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing campaigns that attract and retain members.
  • Creating and managing content across digital and offline platforms.
  • Supporting event promotion and increasing attendance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organisational goals.
  • Leading social media and email marketing strategies to maximise reach and impact.
  • Analysing performance data to refine strategies and report outcomes.
  • Managing and mentoring the Marketing & Communications Officer.


About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex campaigns, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving audience engagement. Key skills include:

  • Expertise in digital marketing, including analytics, email, and social media.
  • Strong project management and strategic planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with GDPR standards.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
