With over 10,000 members and students across the UK, Ireland and Associated Territories, and as part of a global network in 80 countries, we are at the forefront of shaping governance practices that drive organisational performance, resilience and long-term value.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead high-profile policy initiatives and regulatory responses.
- Represent the Institute at senior levels across government, regulators, and industry.
- Manage the Company Secretaries Forum and other key advisory groups.
- Guide and develop a talented team while collaborating across research, education, events and external affairs.
