An international membership organisation is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital to lead its digital transformation.
In this senior role, you’ll develop and implement the digital strategy, oversee web and CRM platforms, lead digital projects, and enhance member engagement through innovative, data-led digital solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with senior leaders, manage external vendors, and champion best practice in UX, accessibility, and platform optimisation.
You’ll need:
- Senior-level experience in digital strategy and delivery
- Strong knowledge of CRM, CMS, and digital tools
- Proven success managing projects and leading change
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Passion for sustainability, ethics, or purpose-driven work
Experience in membership bodies or global organisations is a plus.
