Our client, a global professional membership organisation, is looking for a Dispute Resolution Manager who will be responsible for the full member dispute relsolution process. If you have comprehensive experience in end to end dispute resolution and are looking to step into a management role, then apply to this amazing opportunity today!

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day complaints process, ensuring all member complaints are addressed according to the organisation’s disciplinary rules. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, you will deliver excellent customer service while proactively managing policies and processes to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the global disciplinary panel, attend hearings, and oversee the hearing process, providing quarterly reports to the Professional Standards Committee. You will lead future planning initiatives, policy updates, and training programs for the panel and optimise the use of Salesforce for improved operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in dispute resolution and complaints handling within a member-focused and professional environment. Experience working collaboratively with professionals and suggesting process enhancements is crucial, as is the proven ability to manage operational processes effectively. Familiarity with handling confidential information and compliance with data protection laws is necessary.

Key skills include excellent communication abilities to engage with various stakeholders, project management skills with the capacity to multitask and take initiative, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. A high attention to detail, adherence to policies and procedures, and empathy in addressing stakeholder concerns are important.

The candidate should be a quick learner, able to navigate frameworks confidently, and understand the role of professional standards within membership organisations. Experience using databases for report generation and data entry, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
