Network Round up - People
Finally we come to one of our longest running Networks, People. Established since the early days of the pandemic, this is a group of professionals who have supported each other through thick and thin. People have moved jobs but still come back to the group.
We are also very pleased to welcome new members and they are quickly pulled into the discussion. This Network is aimed at senior HR professionals.
Recent discussions covered: dresscodes for online meetings; cameras on/off and the question around mental health; organisational culture; payrates; the behaviours and management of members and volunteers; and the old favourite, hybrid working. This group meets on the last Friday of the month.
The next meeting will be on 24th November at 1030.
