Network Round up - CEO and Finance & Operations

Both the CEO and Finance and Operations Networks have been very focused on salary increases for the next financial year. It must be that time of year!

Top tip – there is very little appetite for a cost of living payment this year. At this stage the average salary increase looks to be 5-6%.

These groups both meet on a monthly basis and offer a safe space to discuss their priorities. Discussions are driven by those that attend.

The next CEO meeting is on 16^th November at 1630.

The next Finance & Operations meeting is on 8^th December at 1030.
