Tracey Marshall is HR Manager at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC). Tracey joined REC in 2015 following previous HR roles at Royal Pharmaceutical Society and Parity Group PLC. In her role, Tracey leads on the day to day running of the HR function; specialising in areas such as learning and development, employee relations, payroll and more. Tracey’s current projects include implementing a new HR information system into the business and rolling out a new recruitment process which has diversity and inclusion at its core.
Tracey is a trained mediator and is a level 5 qualified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Tracey’s work has been a large part of REC being named as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Not For Profit Organisations to work for.
