Jon Kudlick has many years’ experience in senior communications roles within the membership sector. Jon started his career in the market research industry, and then moved into the not-for-profit sector as Head of Fellowship at the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), where he grew and diversified their Fellowship. He then moved from the RSA to being Head of Membership at RNID (the charity for the deaf and hard of hearing, now called Action on Hearing Loss), where he grew and created a more engaged membership, and then to his role as Director of Membership, Marketing and Communications at the Royal Society of Biology, where he turned around a membership decline, launched Biology Week, and built up all their communications. He joined BritishAmerican Business at the end of January 2017 as their Director of Membership and Communications.
