Brian joined the executive team in September 2016 and leads business and product development, creating a membership offering which supports pharmacists to better meet patients’ needs. He has over 18 years of marketing experience, within membership and professional associations, professional services, car rental and retail sectors. Previously, Brian was Head of Insight at the British Medical Association (BMA), and has previous worked as Head of Marketing for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Business Link. Over the past 8 years, he led the BMA’s marketing strategy and loyalty programme to acquire and retain 170,000 members. He managed various business functions including insight & analytics, new product development and campaign marketing to increase member engagement and achieve annual growth in doctors joining the BMA.
