Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that! –
Queen of Hearts, Alice in Wonderland
The memcom future fast forward workstream, brought to you with Liquona and Equantiis, offers insight, practical actions, benchmarking and peer networking. In this workstream you will learn from our experts and each other what it takes to think ahead of the curve and how to bring your organisation into the future.
We unfortunately don't know what is going to be in the future, but this workstream will open the floor to discussion and thought-leadership around predicitions and trends. We will discuss data, change and member expectations all in the context of 'if this happened, how could we be ready?'
You can drop into the workstream at any time, with each session focusing on a different element of the topic. Attend one or attend them all, you will take away practical and actionable insight that will bring your strategic thinking up a notch.
Brought to you in partnership with Equantiis, business and technology consultants with real world experience and Liquona, an award winning moving image agency. The Equantiis team is made up of strategists, transformation experts and technologists, who will be joining us to bring their expertise. Whilst Liquona will bring their stance on being future forward from a creative and visual element, thinking outside the box.
From attending these sessions you will:
- Explore your future vision and see how it compares to your peer organisations
- Learn new tools and ideas to shape your transformation roadmap
- Devise your own transformation design principles to guide your way
- Explore new techniques to engage your organisation through the change journey
The next workstream
This group meets every 6 weeks or so, and will follow a programme of specific topics - steered from within the group - so that discussions can have impact and focus. We look forward to welcoming familiar faces and invite anyone new who to join us at the next discussion.

We want to keep the discussion alive around being future forward outside of our regular workstreams, so if you have any questions or comments that you'd like to be discussed or raised at the next event or in our blog, let us know using the form below.
The memcom workstreams are brilliant value. I got more out of that first workstream than in any other meeting I've been to over the last 2 years.
