The remorseless rise of digital, GDPR and the new DPA, competition and commercial pressures from every side… The climate in which membership bodies and charities have to operate has never been hotter – and the feedback from organisations implementing new systems is still mixed. CRM is still difficult, time-consuming and expensive to get right.

 

This breakfast session is designed to equip you with an appreciation of the CRM landscape, a basic set of tools to help you orientate and seven key issues to resolve before you decide to change anything.

 

The session will be led by Iain Pritchard, with support from other partners and consultants at Adapta.

 

Iain specialises in information systems solutions for charities and other not-for-profit organisations. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, having started in a software house, before training as a consultant with KPMG and then holding senior management positions both in charities, such as The Children’s Society and The Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust, and in the commercial sector, where he was International Group IT Director for the Random House book publishing group. Most recently, Iain was a partner with Sayer Vincent for over 10 years, where he led the information systems consultancy team which later became Adapta.

 

Iain specialises in helping senior management teams understand and work through complex organisation-wide issues and also coaches and mentors a range of IT professionals working in charities.
